Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only.

Shipping rates
- Free Standard Shipping on orders of $89 or more.
- Standard Shipping: $7.90 on orders under $89.
- Express Shipping: $12.80, available on any order.

Delivery times
Most orders arrive within 1–3 business days. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather and holidays can affect them.

Order tracking
When your order ships, we email you a shipping confirmation with tracking information.

Damaged or lost packages
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery as described in our Refund Policy.
If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the package, email us at contact@tucohome.com and we will help you resolve it with the carrier.
