Refund policy

Returns are accepted only for items that arrive damaged or defective. We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect purchase, or any reason other than a product that arrived broken or non-functional.

Return window
You have 7 days from the date your item is delivered to report a damaged or defective product. Claims submitted after this 7-day window cannot be accepted, so please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

Photo/video evidence required
To start a claim, you must contact us at contact@tucohome.com within 7 days of delivery and attach clear photo or video evidence showing the damage or defect, along with your order number and proof of purchase. Claims submitted without evidence cannot be processed.

Eligibility
To be eligible, the item must be in its original packaging with all included accessories.

How to start a claim
Contact us at contact@tucohome.com with: (1) your order number, (2) proof of purchase, and (3) photo or video evidence of the damage or defect. Our customer service team will review your claim and, if approved, provide return instructions and a prepaid return shipping label. Do not ship any item back before receiving return authorization — items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item (or approve your claim), we'll notify you whether your refund or replacement has been approved. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, contact us at contact@tucohome.com.

Manufacturing defects after 7 days
Products are covered by our 6-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects under normal household use. Issues that appear after the 7-day return window are handled as warranty claims — see the warranty section of your user manual or contact us at contact@tucohome.com.
